Both of these are catered for at Browning's in order to assist with down time and costs involved. Normal service is in most cases 5-7 working days and emergency service meaning that work will be carried out 24 hours a day until completed, therefore your repair would be returned in the minimum possible period.
Should you need to contact us outside normal working hours, just dial our usual number and your call will be diverted to a shift engineer. Alternatively use one of our direct lines or mobiles to speak to specific personnel.
Free Collection & Delivery
This is offered to all of our customers regardless of the size of the
job or it's location anywhere in the United Kingdom. A fleet of small
vans and lorries with up to 7.5 ton carrying capacity and equipped with
on board hydraulic cranes and ancillary lifting gear are constantly
on call or circulating London and the Home Counties. Transport bases
are: Barking - for London and Eastern Counties: Watford - for West London
and Western Counties. This allows Browning's to respond in the fastest
and most effective way to your phone call and remove defective equpiment
for repair quickly at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week all
year round.
